We want you to be happy with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned. Please review the return policies below and contact us with any questions.
- You may return or exchange any printed book or non-book item in its original condition for a full refund (excluding shipping cost) within 7 days of receiving your order. Non-Book items must also include all original tags and/or packaging.
- Due to the nature of digital books, all digital books are non refundable. ALL digital content and other downloaded purchases, including but not limited to downloadable ebooks, Access Codes, gift cards, signed books, and shrink-wrapped items that have been opened, are not returnable. However if you are having compatibility or quality issues with your content, please contact us for assistance. ALL SALES ON DIGITAL BOOK (E-BOOKS) ARE FINAL.

- Without a receipt/invoice, a return may be approved for exchange or store credit at the manager’s discretion and only at the current value of the book. Please contact us for details
- For all returns/exchanges, the customer is responsible for costs of return shipping. We recommend you return your items using an insured and traceable method. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return transit.
- Special order items that are not usually carried and have been ordered specifically at your request may not be returned.
- If you receive your order and find an item to be missing, incorrect or damaged please contact the store within 7 days, so that we may address and resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you.
You must contact us before returning any item: Items returned to us without prior agreement will not be credited or acknowledged. We can accept no liability for financial losses incurred by customers who have submitted unauthorized returns – so please contact us before returning an item: If you have received an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Services department as soon as possible.
When can I return an item: We accept any return shipped to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in their original condition; used items should include their SKU sticker located on the spine or back of the product and new items should be unused with sealed components, where applicable. If you have an incomplete, incorrect, or damaged shipment, please contact our Customer Services team before proceeding with the return.
What will be refunded: You’ll be refunded the original item price including tax. Shipping charges, including return shipping and tracking services, are non-refundable
What should be included with your return: Add a short note that includes your order number explaining the reason for your return. We strongly urge customers to keep a record of tracking or delivery confirmation when returning items.
What happens when my return is received: Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 14 business days. At this time, a refund will be issued to the original payment method and an email issued to the address associated with the order. Please allow our warehouse time to process and review the state of the items returned, and all approved returns will be refunded within 14 days of the date they were received.
Where do I return my item: Items must be returned to the location from which the shipment originated.
